RBS was assembled to BBa_K1365111 and BBa_I746104 with PCR. afterwhich all the parts were assembled with gibson assembly.

the P2 promotor and Double terminator came from the iGEM distribution kit 2014. NisA originates from the genomic sequence of L. lactis NZ9700. DspB was synthesized by IDT.
